How to Drink Wheatgrass

This recommendation is for individuals taking wheatgrass to maximize on a healthy body inside and out.
It is best to take wheatgrass on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.


  • Remove desired amount of wheatgrass from the freezer

  • Place frozen wheatgrass in a bowl of hot water

  • Let it thaw for a few minutes. We prefer drinking it with a bit of ice still in the container.

Recipe 1


  • 2-Carrots

  • 2-Stalks of celery

  • 4-Spinach leaves

  • 1-Apple



Recipe 2

  • Blend frozen wheatgrass cubes with apple juice and ½ of a banana


Recipe 3

  • 1-Orange

  • ½- Banana

  • ½- Avocado (pitted)

  • ½- Lime (organic, or peel skin)

  • ½- Medium beet

  • 1 inch- piece of large cucumber
