As the days grow longer and winter fades, we’re excited to see the first signs of spring here at KC Acres. Tender shoots of wheatgrass are beginning to emerge across our fields—bright green and full of life, marking the start of a new growing season.

Our wheatgrass is grown naturally in the field, rooted in real soil and nourished by fresh air and full sunlight. This helps create a stronger, more nutrient-rich plant—vibrant in colour and rich in chlorophyll, just as nature intended. It’s a traditional way of farming we’re proud to share with you.
