The leaves are turning, the farm is glowing with autumn colours, and our hearts are full of gratitude. Farming is hard work, but doing it together as a family makes every day meaningful. Every planting, every harvest, and every muddy boot is a labour of love — and we’re so thankful to share it with you, our wonderful customers, friends, and family.
Fall Wheatgrass Harvest
We were lucky to get a second harvest of wheatgrass this year and were able to fill our freezers with lush, vibrant greens! While we typically harvest in the spring and fall, not every year allows for another harvest, so we feel especially grateful this season.
Packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, wheatgrass is a natural way to support energy, immunity, and overall wellbeing. Full of chlorophyll, it helps detoxify the body and adds a fresh, nutritious touch to smoothies, juices, or just a daily health boost.
We always replant our wheatgrass and never harvest the secondary growth, ensuring the highest quality and freshest greens for you each season.
Introducing Our Beet Bites!
We unveiled our brand-new Beet Bites at the Fernhill Market in September. They completely sold out before the end of the day, and we’re so grateful for the love and support.

A Spooktacular Pumpkin Harvest
We’ve also had a spooktacular pumpkin harvest! The farm is full of bright orange pumpkins — perfect for pies, soups, or front-porch decorations. Seeing the pumpkins alongside the turning leaves is one of our favourite sights of the season.
