Summer is in full swing here at the farm, and we are excited to share what’s growing and available this season!

Our beets are officially in the ground and growing well. We will once again be selling fresh beets by the pound this year — perfect for canning, roasting, pickling, and fresh eating. We will also be making our popular Beet Bits, so keep an eye out for those as harvest approaches.

Chicken season is here as well! We will have:

• Fresh whole chickens
• Frozen whole chickens
• Chicken pieces- In August 

If you would like to reserve chickens or have special requests for cuts, please reach out early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
